TESTIMONIALS

Our family always purchased bottled water to drink, I guess it was easier and the place where I worked had an arrangement with a bottled water company that was on offer to the staff however after reading this book I was amazed to find that

I could provide a vastly better supply of water for my family at a fraction of the cost we had been paying….thank you for providing such worthwhile information.

With the knowledge I gained from reading your book I was able to “talk sense” with water filter companies and I finally got what I wanted and for a price I was satisfied with. Thank you for making this information available.

Sandy Bronson

I was convinced I needed a water filtration system to purify the drinking water my family uses and was ready to spend a small fortune on one that I had seen advertised however after reading this book I was able to test the normal tap water and then purchase a system that suited our requirements for a significantly reduced initial cost and the ongoing maintenance of this system is far less that the complicated one I originally looked at.

Drinking Water and Diet

The importance of water to a person’s health is universally accepted. Claims that there is a link between drinking water and diet success were debatable until new research emerged. Recently, German researchers tested the effects of increased water consumption on both men and women and found some encouraging results.

Drinking Water and Diet

Men and women were asked to drink about seventeen ounces of water and their metabolic rates were then monitored. The metabolic rate is basically how many calories were burned during a specific time. Increases in the metabolic rate for both sexes took place within ten minutes of consuming the water and peaked after about a half an hour. The increase was thirty percent for both men and women. Water-For-Health has information for both men and women.

The research on drinking water to diet showed that the actual increase in metabolism was different for the men and women. The men burned more fat to increase their metabolism while the women experienced an increase in the breaking down of carbohydrates which contributed to their rise in metabolism.

If a person drinks an extra 1.5 liters of water per day, they could burn enough calories to be the equivalent of about five pounds. Burning calories this way happens by the body simply heating up any consumed water. Find out more information at Water-For-Health.

While science is backing up the diet benefits of drinking water, there are practical advantages as well. Water contains no calories and provides the stomach with a feeling of being full. A person who drinks a good amount of water is less likely to feel hungry as often. Water also helps to flush the body of unwanted waste and can even eliminate the feeling of being bloated.

Water can be the one successful diet aid for every single person. Check out more information at www.water-for-health.com. Whether it comes from the tap or from a bottle, water is the only universally beneficial beverage for every human being.
